Step 1. Do a Search to see WHO owns and HOSTS the Web Site URL. Copy the http:// address and paste it into the http://WWW.WHOIS.NET  web site and this should tell you the Hosting Company that registered the name and maybe if the person is stupid their Address and other information.

Step 2. report the Incident to the FBI through their Phishing Reporting Site
